They support vessels during their refit period, offering personalized setup services, or integrating their platform with Excel sheets or other PMS systems.
The setup includes the creation of an Equipment Database with vital details, including make, model, serial number, and operational hours of every onboard component. The team will also source all OEM manuals for equipment and establish maintenance schedules tailored to each component’s unique requirements. In addition, historical maintenance data, including commissioning history, can be uploaded to give a full picture of the yacht’s maintenance background.

Project Hilltop – 50m Feadship
Project Hilltop was an exciting new build project for Seahub, working closely with the vessel’s crew and the renowned Dutch shipyard Feadship. Seahub’s involvement started early during the design phase of the project, where the platform was integrated into the build’s database. The collaboration between Seahub’s remote team and Feadship resulted in an efficient system setup for all departments onboard. The 49.65m Feadship was designed to be one of the fastest yachts of its kind, with a top speed of 28 knots.
As the brand was engaged early in the process, it worked directly with OEMs to gather the required manuals, set up maintenance plans, and record commissioning milestones. The system was in place when the vessel was ready for commissioning, ensuring a smooth transition and effective long-term management.
M/Y Latitude – 52m Benetti
M/Y Latitude required Seahub’s services during an extensive refit. The vessel had no existing PMS system, so the Seahub team conducted a complete walkthrough of the yacht, collecting all equipment information with the help of equipment lists and drawings from the shipyard. The project involved creating a fully populated PMS, including scheduled maintenance, an inventory database, and uploading vessel-related documents, such as manuals and drawings.
